  1. 1. Preheat over to 375 degrees 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend 3. Shake mixture into 2 loafs and place on greased baking dish 4. Bake for 60 minutes or until done (when center is no longer pink) 5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8 Nutritional information: Calories: 211 Fat: 10 grams Carbohydrate: 4 grams Protein: 25 grams
