  1. 1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. 2. Add onion and bell peppers; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onion is soft. 3. Add turkey; cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until turkey is browned 4. Add tomatoes, beans and seasonings; cook, stirring frequently until boiling; let simmer 20-30 minutes or put in slow cooker until ready to eat. 5. Divide chili into 6 serving bowls and garnish with parsley if desired. Containers 1 Green ½ Red 1 Yellow
