Mix oats and protein powder together in large bowl. Add milk, peanut butter, almond extract, and cinnamon and blend using hands if needed to combine thoroughly. May need to add a few tablespoons of almond milk to completely mix in the protein powder. Stir in cherries, orange zest and walnuts. Press into 8x8 pan, cover and refrigerate until solid. Cut into 9 squares.
**for variety, add a scoop of shakeology and only 1 cup protein powder, mix up the extracts and spices for a different bar each time!
