  1. Nutrition facts per 1/10 recipe: 140 calories 12 grams fat 8 grams carbohydrate 3 grams protein
Recipe Notes

Toss together first 8 ingredients.  Set aside.  Wisk together vinegar, lemon juice, honey, mustard and oil.   Drizzle over Kale  mixture and toss.  Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
