Toss together first 9 ingredients. Set aside. Wisk together vinegar, lemon juice, honey, mustard and oil. Drizzle over Kale mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
I love this salad, too! Unfortunately, Dillons has stopped carrying it (Nov. 2017), so I will have to make it myself. Also, you are missing one of the ingredients: fresh blueberries. Probably also a half cup. It’s one of my favorite parts of the salad! You can see one in the photo you posted.
