Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Prepare a roasting pan by covering with foil.  Set aside.

After peeling and removing carrot ends, cut in half lengthwise.   Cut each half crosswise leaving 4 pieces per carrot.    Toss carrots and seasonings in a bowl and spread out over roasting pan

Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender crisp.   Remove from oven and serve.

These are even good cold!
