1.  Using the saute’ setting, add butter to pot  with celery, onion, red bell pepper, garlic,Cajun seasoning and pepper.  Saute’ about 5 minutes until onions are translucent.
  2. Add rice, chicken broth and diced tomatoes.  Change to Manual or pressure cooker, seal lid and cook on high for 10 minutes.
  3. Once Jambalaya has finished cooking, release seal and allow steam to escape naturally.   Carefully remove lid.
  4. Stir in sausage and shrimp until warmed through.
