Pour chicken broth into Instant Pot. Add chicken in an even layer
Cover and secure lid. Set manual cook to 12 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes then open valve to release.
Place chicken on a cutting board and shred using 2 forks
Add shredded chicken back to pot.
In separate bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, salsa and seasonings. Pour onto chicken mixture and stir until mixed.
Serve chicken as desired and squeeze one lime wedge over top.
