Heat 1/2 T coconut oil in large skillet. Add Chicken and bacon and cook 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Season as needed with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add remaining coconut oil to skillet and add sprouts, squash and onion. Cook until tender...about 10 minutes
Add apple, garlic, cinnamon and poultry seasoning. Mix thoroughly with veggies and add 1/2 cup chicken stock and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and bacon mixture and remaining broth. Cook 3-4 minutes until heated thoroughly.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with Craisins if desired.
