  1. Coat a cookie sheet liberally with cooking spray or coconut oil. Set aside. Separate eggs. Add cream of tarter to egg whites and beat about 4 minutes until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Take egg yolks, add salt and pepper or other seasonings to taste and mix until well blended. Gradually fold 1/3 of egg white mixture into egg yolks. Add remainder until well blended. Place a large spoonful of mixture onto cooking sheet and flatten out to about 3 inch diameter. Repeat for 5 other "rounds." Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown and edges are crispy. Make sure middle is dry. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
