Mix together and measure out one level tablespoon onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 12 minutes. Let set 5 minutes.
??One serving is 2 cookies and would substitute for one starch for the day (bread, 1/2 cup pasta or rice, cereals etc).
One serving really is enough. Without the processed sugar, it doesn’t get those cravings going!
